July 12, 2 - 6 p.m. at all elementary schools and middle schools, with two exceptions:
Miller Middle School check-in will be at Needham Elementary School, Durango.
Escalante Middle School check will be at Park Elementary School, Durango.
If your child has completed the first 80 pages, but was not able to make it to the first 40-page checkpoint in June, they can still check in the week of July 10 and draw for two prizes.
Gabriela Rico Alvarez, bilingual Parent-Guardian School Liaison for our district,
spent time in June supporting Spanish-speaking students and their families.
She encouraged their engagement in the Summer Bridge program,
and students completed all 120 pages of their workbooks.
