SOIL + DHS Culinary class = A farm-to-table feast

 

From harvesting herbs, squash, greens, and tilapia to preparing every dish al fresco in the garden, these 9th–11th graders created a full menu on Sept. 24:

  • Fresh garden salad
  • Mashed potatoes with herbs
  • Squash soup
  • Grilled tilapia and fish head stew
  • Pear crisp
  • Fresh-pressed cider
