Secondary Transition Training for Parents
By the end of 9th grade (or when a student turns 15), every student with an IEP will receive a Transition Plan to prepare them for adulthood. This 10-part series helps you understand how a student's strengths, needs, interests, and preferences are used to build post-secondary goals. Topics include the following:
